OK I decided to sign all the family up for the PLT challenge, as my son and his GF are on cheap tickets on the outward legs to Syd they wont get PLT until they complete the return legs in H class.

As mrs hardydoug and I are on business class i'll credit some of our trip to AAvantage and that should give us PLT by the time we reach Syd, now, how to get the status recognised by the lounge agents in Syd?...

We're there for 4 weeks so would there be a way of verifying our new status and getting something on paper to show the Oneworld agents, thus allowing us to invite my son and his GF in the lounge as a guest?
Any suggestions welcome
