Also happened to me flying to PHL on the 25th September. Go to gate 24, 777 on stand - not for us though - down the stairs and across to beyond gate 25 - stand 27 IIRC.

At least they had plenty of buses on hand and I was op-up'd to NCW so after that it was not too bad!
