You and I may know how to drive correctly at high speeds as well as know what is acceptable as carry on baggage, however there is the fringe element out there who do not know how to drive safely and will try to carry on a fridge.
I appreciate the rules as they are there to rule out the fringe element.
O.T I was on the Autobahn in October last year and it was so refreshing to be able to drive to suit the conditions not a speed limit.
