The major problem I experience with the system used by AA is that their delivery of checked bags is sooooo slowwww. Usually takes about 30 mins to get the bags! That is ridiculous. Those baggage handlers are putting themselves out of a job. If they delivered the bags in a timely manner, more people would be willing to check bags and they would need more baggage handlers! Their current policy of delaying baggage delivery is self defeating as far as job preservation is concerned.
