I agree with the previous comment - what about those times that your miles weren't posted or you lost your ticket & had no proof of flight, even though the airline could see that you had flown with them from their computer systems ??!!!

I've never yet heard of an airline ringing up to say that they'd found a glitch in their system and they were ADDING miles to your account due to an error.
