I have just completed a stay at the Ritz Carlton Club floor. I had reserved a Marina Bay View Club Suite with airport transfers. The driver was waiting in the baggage hall and I was escorted to the car. Once inside the car I was offered a cold towel and a bottle of chilled Evian water. Upon arriving at the hotel the car door was opened and I whisked directly to my room and asked to sign the registration. The bath was being drawn as I was signing my name and soon I was relaxing with a flute of champagne and enjoying the view from the window next to the bathtub...truly a perfect end to some marathon flying. It could not have been a better experience. I have never had this type of flawless service at the Oriental. The other feature I enjoyed was the Martini Bar set up in the Club Lounge.
