To clarify this again, my ticket was purchased through CO, with a CO flight number, flown on VS metal. They were given the ORIGINAL boarding passes along with a copy of CO's ticket receipt. I was still denied my elite bonus miles. It took me over 5 telephone calls, a letter and finally a supervisor yesterday to agree to give me my miles and was told "to remember our conversation that we had today 10/20/03 that effective 8/1/03 miles only will given on VS with bonus miles in Upper Class only". I would appreciate hearing from anyone that has flown on a CO flight number since 8/1/03 to tell me that they received their miles. So far, no one has posted that they have.
