I sent the OnePass Service Center an e-mail requesting clarification on this. This is the response I got today (10/21/03):

"Thank you for contacting OnePass Service Center. As long as your ticket reads a "CO" and then a flight number yes you will recieve the Elite bonus miles. If it reads "VS" and then a flight number it will not. And this is only on the ticket, not on the boarding pass."

My ticket reads "CO" with the flight number. I will save this e-mail, though, in case I don't get credited for the elite miles!
