Yep, from that site it looks clear that they did not participate in the old forms of the scheme (phase 1 and 2 : The 'Wrap Around' and 'Postage Stamp' ones), but looks like when *A changed it to allow each airline to add a bit of their own identity ('billboard' phase, that began from 2002) SQ decided that they would participate... so long as their could keep their SQ tails, that is !
