Thanks Grog - this is a T-Mobile website but also sells recharge cards for Vodafone, its competitor. Very interesting indeed.

Does it let you pay with a U.S. based credit card? Or do I need to use a Euro-based credit card? (I got to the point where they need my card and they're asking for address & date of birth verification, etc.)
