I think the real problem you have with your request is the color - black or charcoal is hard to find amongst the top companies. For alpine and some backcountry uses, nice bright colors are preferred for visibility. As suggested in the previous posts, companies like Gregory, Arcteryx, Osprey, Dana, etc... are all going to have excellent quality packs with great suspension in the size you're looking for.

Arcteryx does make black and dark grey packs, so perhaps they're your best shot. Make sure to try one out, though. By reputation, Arcteryx makes excellent packs, but the suspension doesn't work very well for me. Dana used to make a line of black backpacks called, "Overkill", but that line has been discontinued. I've never seen a black or grey Gregory.
