If there's anyone who deserves a comeuppance, it is those who have repeeatedly stated that CO could take away more benefits, make OnePass less useful, and that they would continue to not only patronize, but exhort the values of Continental Airlines!
THOSE are the people who should be taken out behind the woodshed.
