I expressed my disdain and was told they were logging frequent flyer opinion and they transferred me to someone who seemed genuinely interested in documenting the comment. Anyone who is buying Y,J, or F is undoubtedly an Elite already or some dumb hillbilly who was caught off guard with no advance purchase and wouldn't qualify over a year for Elite.
