While in Prague my German based Europcar rental had the window broken and the radio stolen. Since I rented with AX Platinum the loss is covered. I am concerned about the "loss of use" potential. I have searched the Europcar website high and low and can find no information regarding loss or damage. The US customer service line for Europcar is constantly busy. I called Germany and the language barrier is substantial. Has anyone had any experience with Europcar losses, and do they have a loss of use charge?
