OLCI when connecting in LHR from a non OLCI origin
Flying DUB-LHR-SFO ... all on one ticket - BA codeshare on EI for the DUB-LHR leg

Can I OLCI for the LHR-SFO segment ? ... Obviously I know I cannot do so for the EI segment but it would be useful to be able to OLCI for the LHR-SFO flight to get a decent seat.
