Thanks for the nice report and pictures of your stay, it reminds me of my stay here, some years ago. I also made a pictures and a review of it:

Refering to your pictures, it seems there was no high occupancy while you where there. Seems to be lot of empy beachbeds.
There were a lot of people staying there while we were there. However, we were the only Americans staying there at the time (or so we were told). Most of the guests were either German/Austrian/Swiss/French/Swedish/English. Most of the guests are German though.
I guess you can have a lot of people staying at the resort, but the way it is designed, you don't even notice it. You feel like you're the only one there. You do realize how many people are there at breakfast time, lol. The croissants go fast! We went in mid-august. The ride down from Cairo was absolutely breaktaking.
I think this place would be perfect if they added Sweet Sleeper beds, but those might get too hot in the summer. I have to say though that the rooms had great AC!!!
Did you by any chance go way out in the ocean where the water is very shallow? My mom and I did that almost every day. We would just lay in the clear water for hours, and it's only like a foot deep for seemingly a mile.
