Figure 900 gallons per hour, maybe a touch more. Jet fuel has probably increased by $1.30 per gallon. If you average 110 passengers per flight then that's $10.65/hour per passenger. Round that off to $10/hr/pax since these are all rough numbers.

Coast to coast round trip is about $90 more. DFW-HNL-DFW is $160 more. Two hour, single-leg, round trip is $40 more.

That's probably in the ball park.
