Wow - 50 FTers have looked at this thread, and only one person has commented (thanks sapman986), and even that's only adding comment to make me drool

Given how opinionated FTers are on most things, I can only guess that those 50 are all so healthy that they don't frequent chippies

C'mon folks - any opinions welcome.

Or even just chip in (arf arf) with your favourite deep-fried food. I have to admit to a liking for the deep-fried pizza in my youth For those of you not familiar with it, the traditional Edinburgh chip-shop pizza is a 9" deep frozen mass-produced cheese and tomato, flamboyantly frisbee'd into the fryer, then folded when cooked to fit neatly on top of your chips

I never got into Mars bars....
