Well I for sure didn't. Called on the 29th of Sep to check my miles balance but only less than 5K so no transfer possible. Navigator miles hadn't posted yet and neither had the referral bonuses even though the people had already received the cards. But hey, 20K LH M&M miles (through actual spending, not welcome bonus) isn't too shabby either. Don't want to get greedy. Hope DC bank does something similar again.
