My first thought was, "It'll never work because everything is so expensive in Tokyo and nobody will want to pay that much for a transit tour." Then I checked the website, and -- surprise suprise -- the packages are quite reasonable (in my opinion). It's hard to believe you can actually do all that in one day! Kudos to Sunrise Tours for making a cool idea affordable.
