Budget and Hertz are located in new locations that are on the other side of the airport and quite a ways from the rest of the rental locations. Also they are not exactly easy to find! Leave yourself a little extra time to get to the terminals, which creates a challenge, because I try and spend as little time as possible in the terminal.
