Actually, Isomura is on my list of must-visits, too. LapLap, how'd you find the Kanda Izumiya page? I took sake-tasting classes there for two years. I've never been to Isomura, but friends of mine from sake school do recommend it. If we're ever in Tokyo at the same time, I'll have to take you on my tour of izakaya where I'm known by name.... it's a larger number than I care to admit.
Recommend a brand to me and I'll bring some to the FT do in December - we can surrepticiously sip a few glasses while the rest of our companions are downing their lager
