If you're a sake freak like I am, this izakaya is of serious interest. Food is not particularly interesting, but the sake lineup is incredible, reasonably priced, and impeccably taken care of. It's on the backside of Shinbashi, in the basement in the back of an office building, yet it's almost always packed. Reservations highly recommended.
