This happened to me on OAK-LAX on a CRJ-500. Can one of the pilots explain please? Can't the weight/balance issues get trimmed out in flight?
Also, I don't understand from the OP: the plane had weight/room for extra cargo, but when none was found, they made pax disembark to
lighten the aircraft? What am I missing here?
