Why? I really object to this one, as I think that fares that usually cost (at least) twice that of economy fares should earn twice the amount of points as well.

I agree on this one. Could be tricky for domestic flights though, so perhaps it should be limited to international flights?

Is this really high enough? The danger with introducing a new top tier level is that benefits are reduced for the lower levels, especially if the qualification levels are so low that you get a high number of members at that level.
Regarding the whole upgrade voucher thing I sort of agree, but I think you may have made it too complicated. I think it is easier to understand the LH M&M system where there is only one type of voucher, and you need one voucher to upgrade within Europe and two on intercontinental flights. Also, I think you may have set the limits for when you get more vouchers a bit too low. Getting upgrades confirmed in advance would be very nice.
The vouchers for food and drink on the planes is a decent idea, but perhaps it could be made such that you get free coffee etc. every time as an EBG, rather than a limited number of vouchers. Meal vouchers I like, but I guess that could be implemented as vouchers worth a certain amount of cash so that you could choose to have 5 meals or 10 small sandwiches.
An official "middle seat blocked" policy regardless of where an EBG is seated would be quite nice, not limited to a certain area of the plane.
