The Charles O. Dhonau Memorial Embalming Award consists of a $100.00 savings bond, a plaque, and the recipient's name is placed on a plaque on the wall of the lobby. It is presented to the student or students who have displayed the highest excellence in embalming technology as judged by the head of the department and confirmed by the faculty.
