Froo-froo would equate to pink toy poodles, Hello Kitty(and most Sanrio products), and things/people of that nature! I once saw a woman who was dressed in a pink leather jumpsuit and was carrying pink (vinyl?)dog carrying case, her hair was of course pink too! She was froo-froo, but then again that was at LAX and so went with the territory !
