Difference of EVA's Deluxe Class and Elite Class?

Is the seat pitch and design the same? Which one is better? I will try the Elite Class service in the route of TPE and LON later.

Besides, is there any difference of catering between Elite Class and Normal Economy Class? The wine is the same? Is possible to have champagne or icecream in Elite Class or Deluxe Class?
