Ryan,

I already have redemption group set up. But AsiaMiles is gonna charge USD100 to transfer 10000 miles to family member

I am looking for other websites/agencies which will let me transfer 6k miles to this family member for nominal fee

In your case I would include your family member in your redemption group (and vice verca). This should sort out your problem.
