Everything you say is quite true. Normally I would NEVER expect to jump the queue just cos of my little one. The point here was that 1. It was late 2. One of the 2 moving walkways was broken and (most importantly) 3. They refused to provide the stroller at the gate. Had problem 3 been remedied then problems 1 and 2 would have been irrelevant. The combination of all 3 was simply terrible!!

Re your problems, if you were in significant discomfort you can always ask for special assistance!!
