Would use the term " new" advisedly this property is the old Radisson at the corner of Kennedy right next the Hillisborough River bridge. Has been a Ramada and a Renaissance properties in previous lives.
Location is on the river and is quite good if you need to be downtown.
I would expect that SPG must have ( would need to) spent some money refurbishing and there is a dearth of their properties in this area.
