Hi LapLap, Found some but times on the Tsumago tourist board website using translation software. However, becase the table is in columns, it doesn't let me reproduce it properly here. This may be where you got some times already.

News page on the same website (if the translation software is working!) indicates that there has been a recent report of bears sighted along the pass and coming into one of the towns. They recommend picking up a bell before you start and carrying it along with you to frighten off the bears. Seems they are available for rent at ryokans, perhaps at the tourist office as well. Be careful LapLap!
