I also have a Krisflyer AMEX Gold Card and it was really easy to switch. I phoned them this morning and they faxed over a completed form which I just had to sign and fax back. They just wanted a photocopy of the PPS card and that was it. No need to resubmit any income tax or CPF statements etc. They said the new card should arrive by Monday next week.
