Had a pretty good stay at the Downtown Hilton in June. Got in very early, and (as I expected) the room wasn't ready. They gave me a breakfast coupon and had the room ready in about an hour.

The room was ok--nothing special. AC didn't work, but they fixed it promptly after I complained. Normal Diamond perks (BF coupons & daily water), no suite upgrade as hotel was full with a conference. BF was run-of-the-mill continental in a room on the top floor with good views. Coupon was also good for a nominal amount off ($5.95 IIRC) breakfast in the restaurant. No executive lounge, and the evening cocktails seemed to move about depending on how many people they were expecting.

Not one of my favorite Hiltons, but I'd definitely stay there next time I'm in Seattle.
