Hi there,
Hope i can help you with this - do not worry. The coach will depart usually at the stipulated time at the stated venue. Then U will proceed towards the causeway, where u get off and get your passport and luggage checked, befroe getting up onto the bus again and head towards KL.
Usually there is a toilet on board BUT for the convenient of passengers who are seated outside the toilet, many do not use it. For a KL trip, there are usually 2 - 3 stops for your to stretch your legs and got to the loo. At these stops here are food and refreshment u can buy too!
In KL, watch out for your wallets and bags.... just be wary - beter safe than sorry.

My family and I have just booked a coach ride in the First Class Coach of Transtar Travel from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur.
I was just wondering if anyone here has ever gone on them before, because they are giving me a bit of conflicting information.
I'm wanting to know whether there is a toilet on board, or whether the coach stops to allow use of this facility. The website says it is a non-stop trip in First Class, though by email from them I've been told that they make stops to use facilities.
Anyone know?
