Well, I once had random good luck meeting a gaggle of gay geese at the Hoffbrauhaus, but I'd say that was certainly out of the ordinary. The area around Mullerstrasse @ Pestalozzistrasse is the "gay village" of the city with coffee shops, etc.

If you're there at night, H-Club is fun, and the DQ that staffs the door is a Texan. If I recall, her name is Alexis... She's very kind and will be sure to introduce you to the locals.
