One of my family member has 29k AsiaMiles. He needs 6k more for a roundtrip award travel from LAX-FLL. AsiaMiles website has following charges for this transfer:

The minimum block transfer is 10,000 miles at a service fee of USD100, and further blocks of 5,000 miles can be transferred at USD50 per block.

Is there a place where I can transfer my 6k AsiaMiles to this family member w/o incurring these charges?
