There is space in front of 3DF to put a bag, because they are behind 2DF. There is no space for 3C really, unless you share with 3A, since only 2A is in front of those 2 seats.
The bulkhead seats on the E70 remind be of economy bulkhead on the old Shuttle planes before they reconfigured them with E+ and put in the bulkhead wall.
