It was actually Pleasant Holidays that offered a pass for (most) SFO/LAX <-> HNL/OGG flights on ATA. Pleasant announced this summer that they would be switching to using flights on United next year and ending the AirPass program.

As mentioned above, ATA has announced its own pass program for that market for 2006, but it's much more complicated than the old one with Pleasant, and with my relatively inflexible travel schedule, the pricing doesn't make sense for me.
