I have stayed at the MO in SIN pre-reno and it was anything but great. I have also stayed next door at the RC (I believe there is some reno work going on) and at the Conrad. I prefer
the RC ,but would hesitate if the reno is still on, the Conrad was fine. There are so many top level properties in SIN it might pay to shop around for that price!
