I found my last two stays at the MO to be very disappointing (Club Level). The hotel is showing its age--despite the renovation. I would stay at the Conrad or go back to the RC. I know your concern is pricing, however, I have to add the Valley Wing at the Shangria-la for comparison...~$624 (++)for a two night stay...really, really, nice.
