If traveling alone I prefer the 340/330. It eels like more space nad less cramped. There is a slight disadvantge in the proximity of the C class on overnight flights, but that is marginal, as the C cabin is the small private one.

On the meal choices, I noticed that because of my status they purposefully started serving right side first. I got some looks from fellow passangers, but the woman behind me was actually quite happy about it...

If traveling with companion or kids, then the 747 is better. With kids the 84 row is great... as they are far enought from others that you don't feel guilty if they might be awake and need your attention in the night. Althought the galley is in the back it is good for them to walk and go down to the C class galley....
