I passed 1MM about a month ago.
After a week I received a mail telling me I would get new cards on the mail.
Yesterday I got my new platinum card and 2 lugagge tags all of them with a small oval (1MM) inside.
I was also informed I got 4 eVIP which I can use before 2007 though they do not appear anywhere in my web account.
I do have a foreign address; I live in Peru.
