Agreed that having to click twice to see account details in MOST ANNOYING!
I wonder why some of us can see our upcoming reservations (I use the icon/link below the list of the next 3 upcoming reservations on the account page for 'view all reservations') and some cannot. I'm just grateful that I am one of the fortunate ones.
I'm getting points for prepaid hyatt.com rates, but not the MC notation (on all reservations made for this FFN period before 8/31/05). I'm sure GP CS is getting tired of me, but Hyatt's software.........
