I have noticed that the MR program counts the first stay in those doubling promotions by posting date. If you make small stay A, and then immediately after make big stay B, and big stay B posts first, it doesn't double, followed by small stay A doubling when it posts a couple of days later. You have to call up or e-mail to get it fixed.
