I printed a copy from my online account, wrote a brief statement about the 25% discrepancy next to it and submitted it to the lounge staff in AMS; took 4 weeks, got a letter by mail and Email with apologies
and the miles were credited
. Mind you I have several other problems e.g. 500 Miles credits for international flights which I could not sort out yet

We regret that the delay of having your flights credited lead to the incorrect elite bonus miles been given. We have now adjusted the bonuses manually and they will appear under the date of the flight. All bonuses for the flights taken on the 22nd May 2005 were given in one amount. On behalf of Air France and KLM, we thank you for taking the time to contact us regarding this matter.
