I am member of the KLM-FFP since 1992 and I have never had a problem with the Helpdesk. They ever worked seriosl, but 3 month Flying Blue and I look for an other airline and a well working FFP.
You never had a problem with the Flying Dutchman Helpdesk ??

As pointed out I am in the finishing process of writing a first post about how to book an award using FB points and as pointed out by others earlier you have to call them, you simply have to call them.Never ever trust the freaking booking engine, it is simply a waste of time for anything halfway more complicated than a hop from DUS to CDG....
KLM`s FD online services were a disgrace , but to mix it up with the French ( who want you to book on airfrance.de 72 hours before departure, otherwise you can`t book anything online..... !!!!!!! ) was another simply brilliant idea....
The whole transition from FD and F+ to FB was a desaster, poorly executed and downright ridiculous...., however LH changed its booking engine two weeks ago and my profile still has my 5 year old info in it...., so must be industry related...
