I'm not sure that I would limit it in that way though status could be used to give priority. The context is that Delta's international coach product is so bad that most FFs don't want to sit in it. We can't even pre-select decent seats any more - particularly on the 767 where we are supposed to be pleased that row 19 is reserved for medallions!
