If you search in the forum you will find that Delta's refusal to allow gate upgrades to pax on YBM fares (who either have PMUs or want to upgrade with miles) is a very sore point. If the BE seats were sold that would be fine, but refusing to upgrade YMB pax while NRSAs sit in BE simply results in those pax looking for options elsewhere.
