My experience with this FFP is:
You write it "Flying Blue"
you pronounce it "Flying Poor"
At the moment it is the poorest FFP I have ever seen. The Programm dosn`t work correct, the sevicedesk ist unhelpfull, sometimes unfriendly and unable to do their work!!!
I am member of the KLM-FFP since 1992 and I have never had a problem with the Helpdesk. They ever worked seriosl, but 3 month Flying Blue and I look for an other airline and a well working FFP.
